I was the victim of both via internal embezzlement through PayPal My Cash cards and incompetent to obstructionist investigation by the Skeet Rolling InComm investigation team. I lost $1500, was wrongly blamed for the loss, and after finding thousands of dollars in more victims and notifying InComm of their internal problems – was continually blamed.
